Why haven’t I received skill points or loot items?
Skill Points: Given for the first 10 levels of each Don. After that, defeating higher-level Dons or mastering cities gives limited or no additional points.
Loot Items: Items are distributed randomly from special missions. Even after mastering a mission, repeat it to increase your chances of getting specific loot.
Some discrepancies are intentional and designed to reward progression and repeated engagement.
Why was my account banned or restricted?
Accounts may be banned for cheating, hacking, offensive conduct, or repeated violations of the Terms of Service. In extreme cases, bans may occur without warning.
Always follow game rules, avoid exploits or scams, and respect community guidelines to prevent bans.
